Sweet and savory easter cakes to surprise your guests
Using an Easter cake mold, you can prepare many delicious desserts, and it can serve as a delightful table decoration. Among the various Easter ideas, the snow cake stands out—not only because it's easy to make but also because it offers numerous possibilities for recipe modification.
Instead of the classic Easter cake, you can surprise guests with a white, fluffy dessert and a savory version. A savory cake, with added herbs, cheese, and vegetables, is an impressive addition to the Easter table. Serve it as an accompaniment to sour soup or as a standalone snack. Add broccoli or sun-dried tomatoes to the batter for a more robust flavor.
French Savarin cake
Another intriguing idea for Easter is the French Savarin cake, a soft cake soaked in rum. The dessert can also be made in a non-alcoholic version using orange juice. Savarin cake is served with whipped cream and fruits in a sweet syrup.
