In its latest commentary, the Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter emphasizes that the traditional concept of the West is disappearing. According to the newspaper, the United States is getting closer to Russia, which is distanced from Europe.
The words of the Kremlin spokesperson are quoted, claiming that Donald Trump's foreign policy aligns with Moscow's line. This may mean easing tensions in transatlantic relations will not be possible soon.
Trump's National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz, suggested that Ukraine needs a leader capable of negotiating with both Washington and Moscow to end the conflict.
