It's perfect for a delicious and light lunch, a romantic dinner, or a surprising treat for family and friends. Be warned—everyone will be asking for seconds.

Pistachio pesto - Simple recipe

Before you start wondering whether and where you can buy pistachio pesto, I'll tell you right away that you can easily make it yourself at home. It resembles classic basil pesto, but salty pistachios replace pine nuts. It's really simple; you just need to blend the ingredients well. Pistachio pesto works not only as an addition to pasta but also as a sandwich spread, an addition to salads and casseroles, or a delicious dip.
