Ingredients:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- about 14 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- about ¾ cup pasta water
- 1 burrata
Toppings:
- grated Parmesan
- about 3.5 oz pasta per serving
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, saving the water in which it was cooked for later. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sauté until they soften and release their juices.
Step 2: Add peeled garlic cloves to the sautéed tomatoes and pour the pasta water. Simmer for a while, then transfer to a blender or food processor. Add the torn burrata and blend everything into a smooth sauce.
Step 3: Pour the resulting sauce into the pan and heat it. Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat the spaghetti with the sauce.
