Frying pan magic: Revive your pizza without the microwave

Do you have leftover pizza and want to reheat it in the microwave? Do not do that, as you'll end up with a pizza that resembles shoe leather. I have a better trick that will make yesterday's pizza taste fresh from the oven.

Pizza has won over people's stomachs worldwide, and probably everyone has encountered it at some point. The recipe for this dish is quite simple, requiring just dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Perhaps that's why it's such a beloved delicacy. Few culinary experiences are as delightful as eating fresh pizza straight from the oven. Unfortunately, it's charm fades a bit after it cools down because it doesn't taste as excellent cold. Refrain from using the microwave—there's a better way.

Reliable way to reheat pizza

Avoid the microwave if you have a few slices of pizza left that you don't want to waste. You don't need to heat the oven either; all you need is a frying pan. Heat it well and place a slice of pizza on it, then add some water and cover it with a lid. Mine recently broke, so I use a large plate or wooden board, which also works perfectly. The steam will make the slice just like it was out of the oven again, soft and juicy.

What is the plastic table in the middle of the pizza for?

I've always wondered what the purpose of that little plastic "table" in the middle of the pizza is. Most of us throw it away, not knowing what to use it for. It turns out, it can help divide the pizza into slices. This gadget is meant to hold a selected slice while you pull yours away from the rest. This way, you don't touch the other parts of the pizza and avoid unnecessary mess. Try out this trick next time.
