Zelensky slams U.S. for mild response to Russian missile attack

"Horrified that tonight a ballistic missile struck near a playground and restaurant in Kryvyi Rih. More than 50 people injured and 16 killed, including 6 children," she wrote in a comment.
President of Ukraine "unpleasantly surprised" by U.S. reaction
On Saturday, the President of Ukraine informed on Telegram that more children had died in the hospital due to injuries from the missile attack, including a 3-year-old boy. He expressed his dissatisfaction with the American embassy's reaction to the missile attack in Kryvyi Rih. In his view, not using the word "Russian" in relation to the attack that killed children is unacceptable.
"Unfortunately, the response from the US Embassy is an unpleasant surprise: such a strong country, such a strong people, yet such a weak reaction. They are even afraid to say the word 'Russian' when referring to the missile that killed the children," Zelensky wrote.
The President of Ukraine emphasizes the importance of ensuring that "this Russian strike on the people and the city, like every such attack, does not go unchallenged by the world."
Zelensky expressed gratitude to the foreign ministers of the Czech Republic, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Austria for their firm support. Additionally, he thanked representatives of the European Union and the embassies of Japan, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Germany for their clear stance on this matter.
The President of Ukraine stressed the importance of "calling a spade a spade" and putting pressure on Russia, which continues the war, ignoring international proposals to end it. Zelensky noted that only through decisive actions can peace be achieved.
