What were the effects of the attack in the Kursk region?

The Ukrainian Air Forces targeted the command post of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles near Tiotkino, according to the communiqué.

"On May 4th, the Ukrainian Armed Forces Air Forces successfully attacked the command post of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles near the town of Tiotkino in the Kursk region. The post housed reconnaissance and assault drone teams. As a result of the attack, up to 20 people were killed, and their equipment was destroyed" - stated the General Staff of Ukraine.

"Brave pilots from the Air Forces and the entire Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to systematically limit the aggressive state's (Russia's) ability to wage war," emphasized the communiqué.

Drone attack on Novorossiysk

This is one of the larger attacks that the Ukrainian Air Forces have launched recently. On the morning of May 3rd, drones attacked Novorossiysk - a port city on the Black Sea which, after multiple Ukrainian attacks on Sevastopol in Crimea, has recently taken over the role of the Black Sea Fleet base.

The mayor of Novorossiysk, Andrey Kravchenko, announced on his Telegram channel that he declared a state of emergency in the city following the Ukrainian drone attack.

So far, the Ukrainian side has not issued any official statement regarding the attack on Novorossiysk. However, Ukrainian media reporting on the events in the Russian city emphasized that Ukrainian drones' targets are never civilian infrastructure.
