Ukraine drone strikes disrupt Russian freight in occupied zones

The Astra channel has obtained details of the attack on the Russian freight train that was targeted in the Fedorivka area in the Melitopol region of Ukraine. Ukrainian intelligence drones carried out attacks in three locations.

The Ukrainian Military Intelligence (GUR) released a video showing a drone attacking the freight train and the explosion of one of the cars. The operation occurred on the occupied section of the railway line between the towns of Verkhnii Tokmak, Molochansk, and Fedorivka.

Train attacked by three drones

ASTRA sources confirm that the attack took place during the night of May 23-24 near the Fedorivka station. The train was traveling from Volnovakha to Dzhankoi in Crimea. It was attacked by three drones.

One of the drones hit a tanker carrying diesel fuel, causing it to explode and catch fire. The second drone struck a freight car, and the third hit the railway track. No one was injured in the attack.

Ukraine: Attacks will continue

The attack disrupted Russian rail supply operations in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Crimea.

The Ukrainian side emphasizes that actions targeting the military logistics of the aggressor will continue.
