Ingredients:

                                  
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of thick natural yogurt

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  2. Boil water in a saucepan, then add vinegar. Stir the water to create a whirlpool and gently pour an egg into it. Cook for 2.5–3 minutes, then remove the egg with a slotted spoon.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add pul biber, and sauté briefly.
  4. Spread the yogurt on a plate, place the eggs on top, and drizzle with hot butter. Serve with crispy bread.
