Discover the recipe for a cheesecake that will amaze you with its lightness, delicacy, and simplicity of preparation.

Cheesecake without curd cheese: Simplicity at its best

Are you curious about how to prepare a cheesecake that doesn't require classic curd cheese? The secret lies in using cream cheese, which provides a velvety texture and subtle taste. It's an excellent solution for saving time and money while enjoying a delicious dessert. This recipe requires just three ingredients: eggs, white chocolate, and cream cheese.

The lightness of this cheesecake is its greatest asset. Thanks to baking in a water bath, the cake achieves exceptional fluffiness that almost melts in your mouth. It's a perfect choice for any occasion, from a daily snack to an elegant dessert for a party.

To prepare this unique cheesecake, you need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz white chocolate
  • 4 oz cream cheese (e.g., Philadelphia type)

Preparation method:

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites until stiff. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix it with the cream cheese. Gently add the yolks, followed by the stiffly beaten whites.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased pan and place it in a water bath. Bake for 15 minutes at 340°F, then reduce the temperature to 320°F and bake for another 15 minutes. Finally, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 15 minutes to cool gently.

The secret to the success of this recipe lies in its simplicity. Having only three ingredients saves time and money and ensures that the dessert will have an ideally light consistency. Cheesecake without curd cheese is a great alternative to traditional baked goods, especially if you're short on time for complicated recipes.

This cheesecake is like eating a cloud thanks to its delicate taste and fluffy structure. It's excellent for any occasion—whether it's a family dinner or a gathering with friends.
