The head of the Kharkiv military administration, Oleg Synegubov, stated, "At this moment, 13 people have been hospitalized in city hospitals, including two children. Four people are in serious condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance to the victims," he wrote on Telegram.

"Multi-story residential buildings, an educational facility, and cars were damaged. The roof of a two-story building, a workshop, and a building with a total area of about 4,800 square feet caught fire on the business premises," reported the local fire department.
