Russian military caught transporting North Korean troops
Ukrainian intelligence intercepted a conversation between two Russian officers. It reveals that the Russians are transporting soldiers from North Korea to the front in trucks with civilian license plates.

Ukraine's military intelligence published recordings of the intercepted conversation between Russian officers. The recordings reveal that the Russian military police stopped a Kamaz truck at one of the checkpoints on the Kursk-Voronezh route.
North Korean soldiers were being transported in the vehicle. The dialogue between the Russian officers indicates that they are surprised by the situation.
"Omega, respond, do you have a Kamaz with the registration number 497? And the driver, Andrei Svieriedenko?" one of the officers asks. His interlocutor replies: "Svieriedenko? Wait... Kamaz... yes, I have it, but the number 497 is three digits, meaning a civilian number. Where was it stopped?" he inquires.
"The matter has been resolved"
They further determine that the matter needs to be explained. The Russian soldier asked about the truck is to contact the deputy commander for technical affairs. During the conversation, he responds that the deputy commander "already replied to him" and that "the matter has been resolved." The conversation indicates that the deputy commander is "helping transport the North Korean soldiers."
Ukrainian intelligence determined that the 810th Independent Naval Infantry Brigade staff officers were discussing the truck. This unit was supposed to receive support from North Korean soldiers.
The interlocutors tried to determine whether their unit actually had a Kamaz with the number 497 and explained why the driver did not have the appropriate documentation. "The Russians established that the truck indeed belonged to the occupying army and was assisting in the transportation of soldiers from North Korea," the military intelligence in Kyiv reported.
