Dmytro Chubenko, spokesperson for the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, conveyed that the Russians used Geran-2 drones, which are Iranian Shahed-136 drones manufactured in Russia, for the attack.

The targets of the attack were industrial and residential buildings

At least 15 explosions were heard in the city, reported Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the regional authorities, overnight. The greatest destruction occurred in the industrial zone. As a result of the fires, approximately 21,500 square feet of warehouse and production hall space were burned. Additionally, around 20 private homes were damaged.

The number of attacks on Kharkiv is increasing

According to "Ukrainian Pravda," despite ongoing peace negotiations, in March, the number of attacks on Kharkiv by Russian forces doubled compared to February.

According to an agreement brokered by the United States in Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Russia have committed to halting mutual attacks on energy infrastructure.
