"The fact of deliberate, targeted shelling by the Russian army on a Ukrainian medical facility adds to the long list of despicable and cynical crimes committed by the Russians since the beginning of the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine," stated the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On Saturday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his outrage over the attacks, stressing that "Russia is striking everyone who wants an end to the war." He called for a strong international reaction, particularly from the United States and Europe, to the increasingly frequent nighttime drone attacks.

"War crimes have no expiration dates. The relevant evidence will be submitted to international criminal justice bodies," stated the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
