Ingredients:
Brownies:
- 3 eggs,
- 5.3 oz of sugar,
- 5.3 oz of butter,
- 5.3 oz of dark chocolate,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 2.1 oz of wheat flour,
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa,
- 1.8 oz of dark chocolate (finely chopped).
Icing:
- 10.6 oz of milk chocolate,
- 1.4 oz of almonds in sticks.
How to prepare:
Step 1. Begin by melting the butter and pieces of dark chocolate in a pot on the stove, stirring until they blend into a smooth mixture.
Step 2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a kitchen mixer. Once mixed, incorporate the cooled chocolate mixture from the stove, vanilla extract and cocoa.
Step 3. The adventure continues as you add flour and another portion of dark chocolate, this time finely chopped, directly into the mix.
Step 4. After thoroughly combining the ingredients, pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.
Step 5. While waiting, prepare the chocolate icing by melting bars of milk chocolate in a water bath. Once the brownie has baked and cooled, cut it into small pieces and dip each into the chocolate icing.
Step 6. Finally, decorate each piece with almond sticks and allow to set until the chocolate hardens. Your delightful treat is ready to enjoy!
