Recipe for a quick "one-dish" dinner

Preparing a delicious dinner in the oven can be easier than you think. Just a few simple ingredients and one dish are enough to create an aromatic and filling meal that everyone in the household will love.

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 chicken breasts

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 7 ounces sour cream
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 3.5 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 0.07 ounces salt
  • 0.07 ounces coriander
  • 0.07 ounces herbes de Provence
  • 0.07 ounces ground black pepper
  • 0.07 ounces ground red paprika
  • 0.07 ounces turmeric

Additions:

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese

Salad Ingredients:

  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 7 ounces red cabbage
  • 1.75 ounces canned corn
  • 1.75 ounces peas
  • 0.7 ounces mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and arrange potato slices, seasoning them with salt and ground black pepper. Cut the chicken breast into pieces.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add sour cream and all the spices. Then, add grated mozzarella and chopped chicken pieces to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture into the dish over the seasoned potatoes, arrange rings of red onion and tomato slices, and finally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese—the more cheese, the better.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 390°F.
  5. Prepare the salad: In a salad bowl, place halved cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded red cabbage. Then, add canned corn and peas. Season with mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper—mix well.
  6. Serve the baked potatoes with chicken, tomato, onion, cheese, and the prepared vegetable salad. Most importantly, enjoy it with love and excellent flavor. You can add chives on top of the bake.

This quick dinner not only delights with flavor but also with the simplicity of preparation. The oven does most of the work for you, allowing you to enjoy a moment of relaxation or spend time with loved ones.
