We all love quick and easy-to-prepare recipes that taste exquisite. One such recipe is the no-bake cake with peaches and condensed milk. This cake combines a crunchy cocoa cookie base and a creamy peach filling. The secret of this recipe lies in using ready-made ingredients that speed up the preparation process without affecting the final taste of the dessert.

Recipe for peach cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of peaches in syrup
  • 7 oz of cocoa cookies
  • 3.5 oz of butter
  • 1.7 cups of heavy cream
  • 10.6 oz of thick natural yogurt
  • 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 oz of agar-agar

Preparation:

  1. Blend the cocoa cookies into fine crumbs. Mix them with the melted butter in a bowl to achieve a uniform mass.
  2. Spread the prepared mass on the bottom of a round cake pan and press it down firmly.
  3. Drain the peaches from the syrup and cut them into cubes. Optionally, you can leave a few slices for decoration.
  4. Combine the yogurt, cream, agar-agar, and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan. Bring everything to a boil, stirring continuously.
  5. Add the chopped peaches to the hot mixture and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the prepared mixture onto the cookie base and let it cool.
  7. Once the cake has cooled, place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to set.
  8. Before serving, decorate the cake with peach slices, crushed nuts or almonds, or melted chocolate.

Additional tips:

  • Instead of cocoa cookies, you can use oatmeal cookies or sponge cakes.
  • You can add other fruits to the peach mixture, such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries.
  • You can also decorate the cake with whipped cream or fresh mint.

Try this simple recipe and see how delicious and easy it can be to prepare a no-bake cake with canned peaches and condensed milk.
