Ingredients:
- 18 oz chicken breast
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- A small piece of ginger (optional)
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey, sugar, or maple syrup
- 1 slice of canned pineapple
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Wash, dry, and cut the chicken into small pieces. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Dice the pepper and onion. Put them in a heated pan with a small amount of oil. Fry until they become translucent.
