Tender, juicy, and easy to prepare. It goes well with potatoes, rice, or pasta. You can bake, fry, or boil it. It tastes just as good in every version. What are we talking about? Chicken breast, one of the most frequently purchased meats.

Looking for a reliable dinner idea? Chinese Chicken is a bull's-eye. You don't need any fancy ingredients or sauces. Everything you need is already at home. After a few minutes, you will enjoy juicy meat soaked in sweet and sour sauce.

This chicken literally melts in your mouth. You can make it in fifteen minutes

Chicken breast is one of the most frequently purchased meats. It can be prepared in dozens of different ways. It most often ends up in the pan — this way you can prepare it the fastest. Simply wash, dry, sprinkle with seasonings, and fry it for 5 minutes to enjoy a tasty and healthy meal.

Sometimes, the meat turns out too dry or even rubbery due to too long thermal processing. How long should the chicken be fried? Start with 3 minutes on each side. After 3 minutes, remove it from the pan and cut it in half. If the meat is white inside, it means it's done.

However, there is another way to melt the meat in your mouth. How to do it? Fry it briefly in a pan, then toss it into the boiling sauce. Prepared this way, it retains its juiciness. Are you a fan of Asian cuisine? Try chicken in sweet and sour sauce, and you won't get enough. The meat is so tender that it falls apart under the fork.
