You have most of the ingredients at home; just take the chicken breast out of the freezer the night before and leave it in the fridge to thaw for a few hours. After work, quick cutting, frying, and baking. Ewa Wachowicz's recipe is delicious proof that you don't need many ingredients to create an explosion of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1.1 lbs chicken breast,
  • 6 potatoes,
  • 4 cloves of garlic,
  • oil for frying,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream,
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise,
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika,
  • 1 teaspoon curry,
  • salt and pepper,
  • parsley,
  • a few slices of pickled pepper,
  • 3.5 oz of matured cheese.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and put them in a heated pan with oil. Sauté until browned.
  2. Add peeled and cubed potatoes and fry briefly.
  3. Add pressed or finely chopped garlic, mix, and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Transfer everything to an ovenproof dish.
  5. Place the chopped pepper on top.
  6. In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream, mayonnaise, smoked paprika, curry, salt, and pepper. Also, add chopped parsley.
  7. Pour the resulting mixture over the ingredients in the ovenproof dish.
  8. Grate cheese on top.
  9. Put it in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve the finished casserole warm, dividing it into portions. You can additionally sprinkle it with chopped parsley. It's hearty, warming, and so tasty that only empty plates remain. Enjoy your meal!
