Recipe for Delicious Cauliflower Steaks
Preparing cauliflower steaks is straightforward and quick. With minimal ingredients and effort, you can serve up a delicious and wholesome meal for lunch or dinner. These steaks pair wonderfully with various sides, such as roasted potatoes, a fresh vegetable salad, or tzatziki sauce. They're also perfect as a snack or appetizer on their own.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower,
- About 1 oz of olive oil or another high-quality oil,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika,
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry,
- 1/2 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence,
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed,
- 2-3 handfuls of shredded mozzarella or 1 ball of mozzarella,
- Parsley or dill for garnish.
Preparation:
- Using a bread knife, slice the cauliflower into thick pieces, about 0.6-0.8 inches thick.
- Combine the olive oil, salt, paprika, curry, Herbes de Provence, and garlic in a bowl.

- Roast at approximately 375-392°F for about 30 minutes.
