How to Make a Quick Jam Cake?

Ingredients:

- About 6.3 oz of flour,
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder,
- About 2.8 oz of sugar,
- 3 eggs,
- About 2 oz of oil,
- About 3 oz of milk,
- A small jar of your favorite jam,
- Powdered sugar, icing, chocolate glaze, almonds, crumble, or fresh fruit for decoration.

Instructions:

1. Begin by whisking together eggs and sugar until the mixture is fluffy and uniform.

2. Gradually pour in the milk and oil, mixing continuously.

3. Then, start incorporating the dry ingredients—flour and baking powder. Sift the flour beforehand to ensure a lighter, fluffier cake.

4. Spread a portion of the batter at the bottom of the baking pan. Drop dollops of your favorite jam across it and use a wooden stick or a spoon to distribute it evenly.

5. Cover the jam with the remaining batter and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 356 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Once baked, decorate the cake to your liking with powdered sugar, homemade icing, chocolate glaze, toasted almonds, or fresh fruit.
Enjoy the simplicity and delight of baking a homemade cake that promises success and flavor in each bite!
