With the arrival of warmer days, many of us feel like changing up our menus. Heavy dishes don't work well in the morning. If you're craving a light, colorful, and vitamin-packed breakfast, opt for sandwich spreads.

Sandwich spreads are a quick addition

Sandwich spreads are often associated with the idea that they take time to prepare, and we usually think of them as part of weekend meals. However, that's not necessarily the case, as there are spreads you can make very quickly. You can put water on for tea; before it even boils, the spread is ready. Yes, it's possible.

Choose spring additions for your spreads

Light sandwich spreads are based on excellent toppings, which you can now buy at any market. We may have used avocados or sprats in winter, but now radishes, chives, or sprouts are much better choices. This way, you can quickly make even three spreads. Their base will always be breakfast cheese, to which yogurt is added for a lighter texture. This also makes it easier to combine with the toppings. Such a spread will be a good source of calcium and vitamins.
