Three individuals have been charged in relation to Liam Payne's death, the Argentine prosecutor reported.
A close associate of the musician has been charged with "abandonment of a person leading to their death and supplying and facilitating the distribution of drugs." Additionally, a hotel employee and a drug dealer have been charged with supplying drugs.
According to the prosecutor, the autopsy report indicates that Payne may have been in a state of semi-consciousness or complete unconsciousness. The prosecutor asserts that this rules out the possibility of any deliberate or intentional action by Payne. It was determined that the musician did not know what he was doing at the time of the incident.
