Vegetarian dishes can surprise you with their unique taste, impressing not only plant lovers. This is especially true with this bean patty burger, where every bite makes you crave more. The magic of this recipe lies in the perfectly selected proportions of the ingredients and the insanely delicious bean patties.

Anyone who claims that vegetarian burgers are boring and tasteless has not yet tried these patties. When they appear on the table, even the most ardent meat enthusiasts who usually prefer beef eagerly reach for them. The heart of this recipe is the insanely delicious bean patty. It’s worth having this recipe up your sleeve, not just for when vegetarian guests drop by.

Bean patty

Red beans are a great meat substitute in homemade burgers. They are an excellent source of plant protein, which is essential for the proper functioning of the body. Interestingly, they contain more protein than meat. They also do not contain saturated fatty acids, which are responsible for the development of heart diseases and atherosclerosis.

They have a low glycemic index and plenty of vitamins and nutrients, such as iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, B vitamins, and folic acid. You can make many delicious dishes from beans, not just patties. They work perfectly in soups, stews, salads, pâtés, and hummus, and a bean patty is a great replacement for a beef burger.
