Ingredients:

                  
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Hot paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation method:

        
  1. Peel the onions, chop them, and sauté in a small amount of oil. Then add the washed, dried, and grated zucchini along with the tomato paste. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  2. Remove from heat and transfer to a dish. Your base is ready; now it just needs to be properly seasoned.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and a bit of hot paprika. That's it – just spread it on sandwiches and enjoy. Bon appétit!
