Zendaya is an American actress and singer who began her career in youth programs on the Disney Channel. She gained international fame for her role as Rue in the series "Euphoria", for which she won an Emmy award. She is also known for her roles in Marvel films, particularly the Spider-Man series, and the two parts of "Dune." Beyond acting, Zendaya is involved in fashion, often surprising fans with original outfits on the red carpet.

Celebrity look-alike contests

Finding look-alikes of famous people is a fascinating endeavor. It's not uncommon to notice someone on social media who resembles a celebrity so closely that it's easy to mistake them for the real star. Look-alike contests for popular celebrities were created for such people. Recently, contests were held to find the person who most resembles Timothée Chalamet or Zayn Malik. A well-known actor even made a personal appearance at one of these contests.

An announcement about a Zendaya look-alike contest appeared on the internet. The contest was held on November 20 in Oklahoma, Zendaya's hometown. Contestants competed to best replicate the actress. Zainab Bansfield won first place and received $40, some Carlos Daughter shampoo, and a conditioner from the same brand.

Unfortunately, the winner faced a great deal of criticism. Many internet users did not see her resemblance to the celebrity: "No offense, but where is the similarity?" "To me, she looks more like Madison," "It's funny that these look-alike contests are won by people who don't look alike at all," "I put on glasses and still don't see the resemblance," and "Was the jury blind?"
