Zelensky in Washington called for the lifting of all restrictions on Ukrainian attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation. Ukraine is awaiting integration into the Western world. President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke in Washington.

• During his visit to the United States, President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed hope that the United States would lift all restrictions on Ukrainian retaliations on the territory of the Russian Federation. He emphasized that this would enable the protection of Ukrainian cities from air-launched bomb attacks. He noted that Kyiv continues its defensive actions and awaits events to integrate the state with Western structures.

The President of Ukraine cited the example of a new Russian offensive in the Kharkiv region, which was hindered by the US allowing the Armed Forces of Ukraine to retaliate with Western weaponry against military targets in Russia. According to him, this decision could have an immediate effect, and Ukraine is waiting for this step.

• Europe is on alert after American intelligence received information about possible Russian attacks on US bases. Reports spoke of Russia considering "sabotage attacks" against US installations and soldiers stationed at bases in Europe. These actions were to be initiated by individuals supported by Russia.

CNN, citing well-informed intelligence sources, warned of Russian sabotage in Europe. American intelligence obtained information that put the personnel of US bases in Europe on high alert.

American services' information obtained over the last two weeks was alarming enough to raise the security alert level at US bases in Europe for the first time in decades. However, CNN did not provide details about the threat—it is unknown who Russia might use to create chaos and organize acts of sabotage in Europe.

When asked by PAP about these reports during a briefing in Washington, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz confirmed that "this threat unfortunately exists throughout Europe." However, as the Polish politician confirmed, services operate in coordination daily, paying particular attention to such threats.

• Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed to Russian President Vladimir Putin that the death of innocent children is painful and horrifying. Comments continue regarding the attack on a children's hospital in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.

The leader of India emphasized the deepening cooperation between their two countries, but the criticism of Russian attacks on Ukraine resonated strongly.
