Last weekend, TMZ reported that two men found Zac Efron on the grounds of a villa in Ibiza. The American actor was discovered unconscious in the pool, and his representatives stated that he was taken to the hospital as a "precautionary measure." He left the medical facility the following day.

Zac Efron's fans need not worry anymore. The star posted a shirtless photo on InstaStories showing him working out. He assures everyone that he is doing well and is healthy.
