At one time, Zac Efron was a leading heartthrob for teenagers and one of the most recognizable actors of the younger generation. However, over the years, the star who gained recognition thanks to "High School Musical" has somewhat faded from the spotlight. Although he still acts in films, his performances no longer cause much excitement. Due to his transformed appearance, he appears in the media much more often. Although he insists that his transformation resulted from an accident years ago, not everyone believes him.

Over the weekend, troubling reports surfaced about Zac Efron. TMZ reported that the 36-year-old was found unconscious in a pool at a villa in Ibiza. As a result of what happened, he was taken to the hospital. Reportedly, this was solely a "precautionary measure." His life was allegedly not in danger.

On Sunday evening, Efron reassured fans by posting a picture from his workout on social media with the short caption: "Happy and healthy. Thanks for the well wishes." He was still on the Spanish island at that time.

On Tuesday, however, he was photographed on American soil. In the photos, we see him marching across the airport tarmac in Miami, hidden behind a black balaclava. Friends and security accompanied him.

Check it out. Why is he hiding?
