Xiaomi 14 with an early release date. The first smartphone with HyperOS
It seems that Xiaomi can't wait to present its new operating system. There hasn't been such an early premiere of flagship smartphones yet.

The presentation of the Xiaomi 14 line has been scheduled for October 26. This date is only communicated by the Chinese branch of the company so far, so we will probably have to wait for the global debut. Potentially until the beginning of next year.
It's worth noting that the last three flagship generations of Xiaomi debuted in mid to late December. The October premiere is a rare occurrence, but it corresponds with rumors about using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The presentation of this chipset is planned for October 24 Eastern Time, so the Xiaomi 14 may be the first smartphone powered by it.
Xiaomi 14 is also the first smartphone with the Xiaomi HyperOS system
Xiaomi HyperOS is an Android-based system set to replace MIUI and eventually control over 200 product categories. Mainly related to the IoT market, but it has already been confirmed that the first device will be the Xiaomi 14 smartphone.
However, it is still unclear whether Xiaomi HyperOS will immediately replace MIUI globally, or if the change will initially take effect in China first. It's worth reminding that the competitor platform HarmonyOS from Huawei has been controlling smartphones sold in Asia for several years, but the manufacturer still clings to the EMUI overlay in Europe.
It is expected that the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro models will be added to the offer first. A few months later, they are likely to be joined by the stronger Ultra variant.
