This benefit is so important to her that she will never stop walking, even indoors, on a treadmill when the weather is terrible. She also noticed that she sleeps much better. She had significant problems resting at night, but she has practically forgotten about them since she started walking a lot.
Lorraine also noticed that she forgot what bloating feels like. She feels much lighter and has the impression that nothing interferes with her digestion. She emphasized that although she takes appropriate supplements, walking made the biggest difference. Additionally, her menstrual pains are much smaller, and sometimes she doesn't experience them at all. Finally, she encouraged her followers to start walking more.
