Before we dive into the detailed instructions, let's reveal what's on the menu today. Our delectable dish is an intriguing combination of melted blue cheese and bacon paired with a crispy baguette. Sounds appetizing. It's as visually appealing as delicious, which might make your mouth water.

For a visual guide, you can find the entire step-by-step recipe in the video.

With little effort, you can create a warm, delicious snack for your entire family. It's finger-licking good!

Ingredients:

  • 10.6 oz blue cheese brie
  • 2.8 oz smoked bacon
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 long baguette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method:

Step 1. I begin today's recipe by preparing the baguette. First, I slice it into smaller pieces, arrange the individual sections on a baking sheet, and drizzle a bit of olive oil over each slice.

Then, I bake this prepared bread in a preheated oven for about 8 minutes. During this time, the stove should maintain a temperature of 392 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2. Simultaneously, I prep the blue cheese. Initially, I slice off the rind on each side, then portion the cheese into smaller pieces. Lastly, I place the cheese in a small ovenproof pot with a lid.

This dish must be suitable for oven baking. I bake the blue cheese in the oven for 20 minutes, maintaining the temperature at 392 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3. While the baguettes and cheese are baking, I prepare the remaining ingredients. I heat a pan and add finely chopped bacon and minced garlic.

I stir-fry the ingredients for a few minutes, agitating them with a wooden spatula now and then.

Step 4. I arrange the crispy baguette slices on a serving board. Next, I serve the pot of melted blue cheese alongside it. In addition to the bread and cheese, I serve the sautéed bacon and garlic mixture with some fresh parsley. After mixing the ingredients thoroughly, it's ready to serve. Enjoy!

In turn, on the pan, I combine bacon and garlic.
