Whip up the perfect family gathering dessert: No‑bake Snickers cake in your own kitchen
No-bake cakes are my go-to choice for family parties. When I'm hosting, detailed and intricate cakes like a panettone usually aren't feasible due to time constraints. Therefore, I opt for pragmatism and practicality, without compromising on the divine taste.
Snickers cake is recommended for dessert. It's delicious!

One of my favorite no-bake cakes is the Snickers flavored one. The instructions are as straightforward as they can be and the end result often surpasses even the wildest expectations. It's stretchy, nutty, and crumbly—truly capturing the essence of a Snickers bar. Caramel and peanuts come together to make a delightful concoction aptly named the Snickers cake. It's something you simply have to try for yourself!
No-bake Snickers cake
Ingredients:
- 1 large package of biscuits,
- 1 can of caramel sauce (about 14-18 ounces),
- 1 egg,
- 1 stick of butter,
- 1/2 cup of sugar,
- About 4.2 cups of milk,
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar,
- 4 tablespoons of flour,
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch,
- 2 packets of vanilla pudding mix,
- About 7 ounces of peanuts.
Preparation Method:
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Now cover the bottom with biscuits. You can also opt for savory crackers. Both work equally well here.
- Dissolve the pudding mixes, both types of flour, and sugar in a cup of milk. Ensure these ingredients are thoroughly dissolved.
- Heat the remaining milk with vanilla sugar and butter. Once it boils, reduce the heat and stir in the prepared pudding mixture. Continue stirring vigorously until all the ingredients combine into a consistently thick mixture. Set it aside to cool.
- Evenly spread the prepared mixture over the biscuits in the dish. Arrange another layer of biscuits and smear the caramel sauce over them. Sprinkle with peanuts.
- Now, refrigerate the Snickers cake for a few hours until it solidifies. After that, you're ready to host the feast. Enjoy!
