Recipe for an easy red bean salad

One of my go-to salads is a bean salad. It's simple to put together, and the taste is exceptional. You'll only need a few ingredients commonly found in every kitchen to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of red beans,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 2 pickles,
  • 1 onion,
  • Parsley,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Hard boil the eggs. Once cool, peel and dice them.
  2. Drain the brine from the beans and transfer them to a bowl.
  3. Chop the pickles into cubes.
  4. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Blanche it with boiling water and let it stand for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the eggs, pickles, onion, and parsley to the bowl with the beans.
  6. Season the salad with salt, pepper, and oil.
  7. Give everything a good stir, and chill the salad in the fridge for a few minutes.
