  • 3.5 oz erythritol,
  • 5.1 fl oz heavy cream (30%),
  • 4 eggs,
  • pink food coloring.

  • 1 bar of white chocolate for the topping,
  • fresh raspberries for decoration.

Preparation:

Step 1. Begin by blending the fresh raspberries. Combine the berries with erythritol and heavy cream.

Step 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and eggs.

Step 3. Once mixed thoroughly, incorporate the raspberry blend and pink food coloring.
