3 Bit is a very straightforward dessert to create. It doesn't require lengthy hours in the kitchen or cleaning numerous dishes. There is also no need for an oven. This cake can be assembled by anyone, even those without any prior cooking experience.
You will need a rectangular mold measuring 9 in x 13 in to shape the 3 Bit. Line it with baking paper or cling film.
- A package of hard tea biscuits.
- 5.3 oz of soft butter.
- 13.5 fl oz of 30% or 36% heavy cream.
- 27 fl oz of milk.
- 2 packets of cream pudding mix with sugar.
- 1 can of caramel mass (any flavor).
- 1.01 fl oz of water.
- 0.28 oz of gelatin.
- 1.8 oz of milk chocolate.
- 0.35 oz of powdered sugar.
3 Bit Cake: Preparation method:
- Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package and set it aside to cool.
- To the cooled pudding, add soft butter and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Pour boiling water over the gelatin, stir and set aside to cool.
- Beat the cream with powdered sugar until it becomes stiff.
- Slowly add the cooled gelatin to the cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Line the base of the mold with biscuits, then spread the entire caramel mass over them.
- Smooth out the caramel mass and cover it with another layer of biscuits.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the biscuits, smoothing it carefully.
- Place another layer of biscuits on top.
- Spread the whipped cream on top and decorate it with cream and chocolate shavings.
- Set the cake aside to cool (it tastes best the following day).
