Was it Putin or his double? Conspiracy theorist claims Belarusian carpenter delivered New Year address

Like every year, Vladimir Putin addressed the citizens of Russia in his New Year's speech. He traditionally delivered it outside the Kremlin walls, and the entire address lasted roughly four minutes.
RIA Novosti reported that the Russian president emphasized that the country was experiencing a historic moment, with 2023 marking a time when Russia had to safeguard its interests, freedom, and security. He stated that "solidarity, compassion, and resilience" are the traits that unite the nation.
Many people are curious whether it was Putin or one of his alleged doubles who delivered the speech. Russian conspiracy theorist Valery Solovey firmly believes that it wasn't Vladimir Putin.
"Those who saw the New Year's greeting from the president of the Russian Federation probably noted that it was very brief, among the shortest in history, in the name of President Putin. Note that I'm referring to the president himself, not to Vladimir Putin," the Russian began.
Valery Solovey went as far as identifying the individual who supposedly replaced Vladimir Putin during the New Year's speech.
"Why was the address so brief? Everything was designed to minimize the amount of attention paid. A carpenter from Belarus named Yevgeny Vasilyevich acted as President Putin. This is the absolute truth," he adds.
Naturally, his claims require careful consideration. Nonetheless, the concept of Putin using doubles has been confirmed by people in his circle. Moreover, the recent address has ignited a flurry of speculations about the president's apparent appearance anomalies.
Putin's new strategy involves the use of artificial intelligence
As Putin elucidated, Russia must significantly revamp its communication system, deploying modern intelligence means to enhance the capabilities of satellite groups, not only for special operations but also on a global scale.
Putin also expressed that the Russian army should be equipped with devices based on artificial intelligence and new physical principles, suggesting that invading forces should utilize robotic complexes and battle lasers.
