Warner Bros. Games rides Harry Potter wave: New Quidditch game in the works
The tremendous success of "Hogwarts Legacy" was a surprise to many. Over 22 million copies of the game have been sold since its release, including about 2 million copies in December. Prices for the game range from $25 for the basic package to a staggering $325 for the collector's edition. Recognizing this success, Warner Bros. Games plans to develop another game based on the Harry Potter universe.

New game in store for Quidditch enthusiasts
David Haddad, the president of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, confirmed that a Quidditch game is in the process of development. This sport, a fan-favorite from the Harry Potter series, has not received much attention in "Hogwarts Legacy". "We haven’t made a specific announcement regarding the release of the Quidditch game yet, but we aim to design it in a way that would delight the fans," Haddad mentioned in his interview with Variety.
The upcoming game is going to greatly focus on Quidditch gameplay elements - building a team, training, and participating in tournaments. The game is currently in beta testing, but Warner Bros. Games has not yet announced an official release date.
