In the short interview given to the ABC News correspondent Kamala Harris gave an unanonimous answer about Putin suggesting Ukraine's involvement in the terrorist attack in the outskirts of Moscow.

There was absolutely no involvemnt of Ukraine in the attack

said Kamala Harris in the interview. The suggestion that Ukraine was somehow involved in the terrorist attack has no evidence whatsoever.

The Russian dictator Vladimir Putin tries to cynically use the tragedy to use it in his war propaganda, and the highest rank U.S. officials cut this down right on the spot. They release all the information they know about the attack.

Putin, on Saturday, said something about 'retribution' and suggested taking revenge on the Ukrainian nation who in his view hold the responsibility for the attack. It is another try by Putin to use everything possible to motivate his nation to take part in the war effort.

In fact what we know to be the case is that ISIS is actually by all accounts responsible for what happened.

It turns out that the ISIS was responsible for the terrorist attack that took place on 22nd of March leaving, as of now, 133 people dead and 100 wounded.

Kamala Harris, while answering the question about Putin's statements firstly sent her condolences to all the families of the victims.
