In a recent interview with Vogue, Usher shared his intention to honor R&B music during his performance. While he plans to bring in special guests for the show, he has not yet disclosed who they will be.

Vogue also reports that Usher will present a remarkable choreography during the event. At some point in his performance, he is expected to rollerskate, as he's done in the past.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the act will go on for approximately 15 minutes, somewhat longer than many previous halftime shows.

No confirmed song selection has been released by Usher as of yet, but one prediction is the 2001 hit "U Got It Bad"—a former number one on the HOT 100 list.

Apple, a Super Bowl sponsor, debuted an advertisement on its YouTube channel today. It promotes the upcoming "Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime" show featuring Usher.

Earlier this week, Apple announced an exclusive collection of Usher’s content, leading up to his Super Bowl halftime appearance. Usher might take this opportunity at the Super Bowl to promote his new album, which is due for release on the upcoming Friday.

Like all Super Bowl halftime performers, Usher will not receive payment for his performance.

The 58th Super Bowl is set to occur on Sunday, February 11, at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Usher will perform during the halftime as part of the Apple Music Halftime Show.

Other performers making appearances on stage that evening include Reba McEntire, Post Malone, and Andra Day.
