The American armed forces intend to direct an additional aircraft carrier to the eastern region of the Mediterranean Sea, according to information conveyed by ABC television, which cited official sources from the USA.

The goal of this movement is to prevent Iran and Hezbollah from carrying out an attack on Israel, which is currently engaged in a conflict with the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

According to the same sources, the Pentagon has issued an order for the aircraft carrier USS Dwight Eisenhower to join the USS Gerald Ford, which is already in international waters, near the coast of Israel.

Strengthening forces

Additionally, US media are reporting that the USS Bataan amphibious assault ship will also be directed closer to the shores of Israel. This strengthening of naval forces in the region is another step in the US strategy aimed at protecting Israel from potential attacks from Iran and Hezbollah.

All of this is part of a broader plan aimed at ensuring the safety of Israel, which is currently engaged in a fight with Hamas, a Palestinian terrorist organization operating in the Gaza Strip. Israel is a strategic ally of the US in the Middle East, and these actions are evidence that the United States is prepared to take decisive steps to protect this alliance.
