Joe Biden and some American politicians are considering submitting a proposal in Congress for financial aid for Ukraine and Israel. The president wants to spite the Republicans in this way.

US media notes that combined support for Israel and Ukraine will influence some Republicans. Not all congressmen of this party support further financial support for Kiev.
