Joe Biden and some American politicians are considering submitting a proposal in Congress for financial aid for Ukraine and Israel. The president wants to spite the Republicans in this way.

US media notes that combined support for Israel and Ukraine will influence some Republicans. Not all congressmen of this party support further financial support for Kiev.

"The Republic" points out that the "right wing" of the party, which will not, hesitate to support Israel in its war with Hamas. It is emphasized that in September, 93 Republican congressmen "voted for an amendment to the US defense budget bill". This amendment was to stop military aid for Kiev.

Joe Biden's plan

According to NBC Television, the president's administration is exploring the possibility of supporting Kiev and Tel Aviv on one list. The decision will ultimately be made by Congress, hence the sabers are being counted.

In the opinion of John Kirby, spokesman for the White House Security Council, the United States is a "sufficiently large country with the appropriate economic potential" that can support both one and the other.

"The Republic" indicates that Biden does not have much time. "Congress has to pass budget laws by mid-November, otherwise, there will be a so-called shutdown, which means the suspension of an administration deprived of financial resources".
