Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 received mixed reviews upon its release. Players and critics largely agreed on their feelings towards the campaign and the features it provided. A dynamic mission structure and the notably short duration were the main critiques of the mode above. However, many players agree that the most vital aspect of Call of Duty is its multiplayer mode.
This area has substantial activity because the first season of gameplay is fast approaching. It will introduce three entirely new maps: Meat, Greece, and Rio. Each will allow competition in a 6v6 format. Both Mea Greece will be available immediately at the start of the first season, while Rio will be added later. Gunfight 2v2 mode will also be included in the game.
In zombie mode, the V-R11 weapon will allow players to transform enemies, whether they are zombies or humans, into loyal allies. The game developers are promising a new seasonal activity, "Enter the Rift," which promises to provide a challenging and "chaotic challenge." A new category of unique schematics will also be unveiled.
The Warzone will also change, including a new map called Urzykistan, a location well-known from the zombie mode. In addition to this, Warzone will be the first to present the new shooting stance from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (tac-stance), along with the option to cancel the slide animation (slide cancel). Horizontal zip lines will also be introduced to add variety to the game.
The information provided here is merely a preview of the upcoming content. There will undoubtedly be more exciting features to come. Further details and a specific release date will be revealed in the forthcoming weeks; as of now, we only know that Season 1 will commence sometime this year.
