Every beginner confectioner or baker experimenting at home should grasp the fundamentals of yeast dough. Let's face it — it's an essential skill that can't be skipped, and without it, your baking endeavors might come to an abrupt halt. This often leads many to abandon their passion in the early stages, as working with yeast dough can be notoriously unpredictable. This is why we recommend that all home baking enthusiasts familiarize themselves with airy dough.

So, what exactly is this elusive airy dough? It's a variation of the traditional yeast dough but with a twist. This method employs vinegar as a powerful ally to the yeast, enhancing its rising capabilities. Adding one tablespoon of vinegar to your starter can transform your ordinary yeast dough into an "airy" version - incredibly soft and fluffy, like a cloud.

The dough is sure to impress when prepared in this manner, especially after baking. Whether you're making buns or rolls, airy dough will elevate your baked goods to new levels of fluffiness. Best of luck with your baking!
