UNGA: Erdogan compares Netanyahu to Hitler, slams Israel and UN
During Tuesday's session of the UN General Assembly in New York, much attention was devoted to the conflict between Israel and Palestinian Hamas. The President of Turkey declared that the Prime Minister of Israel must be stopped "just as Hitler was." He also criticized the UN.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan argued that the Israeli government is responsible for crimes against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. He stated that due to actions by Israel, this area has become "the world's largest cemetery for women and children."
Just as Hitler was stopped by the alliance of humanity 70 years ago, Netanyahu and his murder network must be stopped by the alliance of humanity, said the Turkish leader.
Erdogan did not spare harsh words for the United Nations, which he believes is currently failing its mission. Instead, he claimed it is gradually turning into "a dysfunctional, cumbersome and inactive structure."
Strong statement by Erdogan: "The UN system is dying"
Along with children in Gaza, the United Nations system is also dying, the truth is dying, the values that the West claims to defend are dying, the hopes of humanity to live in a fairer world are dying one by one, said the President of Turkey.
In his speech, he urged the UN Security Council to stop the genocide in the Gaza Strip and to help end this "cruelty' and "barbarism."
Those who are supposedly working for a ceasefire continue to send weapons and ammunition to Israel behind the stage, so that it can continue its massacres. This is inconsistency and insincerity, claimed Erdogan.
