Russians are trying to intimidate Ukrainian citizens
According to HUR, the enemy, unable to overpower the Ukrainians by force, resorts to methods of intimidation and psychological pressure on society. At the same time, intelligence advises not to ignore warnings about air raids and suggests waiting them out in a shelter, emphasizing the importance of staying calm.
