Ukrainian intelligence chief confirms opposition leader Alexei Navalny's natural cause of death
Alexei Navalny, a prominent political opponent of Vladimir Putin, tragically passed away on February 16 at a prison colony in the remote north of Russia. The prison authorities informed Navalny's family that he had died of natural causes, but they delayed the release of his remains to his family for over a week.

General Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukrainian military intelligence (HUR), spoke up on Sunday about the issue surrounding the Russian adversary's death.
"I am sorry to disappoint you, but from what we know, Navalny sadly died of a blood clot. This is more or less confirmed. This information was not sourced from the internet, but it appears to be a natural cause of death," Budanov told a journalist at the "Ukraine: The Year 2024" conference in Kiev.
Budanov states that Putin's regime in Russia won't collapse on its own
At the "Ukraine: The Year 2024" forum, Kyrylo Budanov also shared his perspective that Vladimir Putin's regime "won't fall on its own". -"That is not likely to happen. Without outside intervention, it is absolutely unrealistic," the head of HUR proclaimed.
Budanov believes that concerted efforts aimed at transforming the Russian regime should be undertaken, and confirmed that such actions are already in progress. Earlier on Sunday, the head of Ukrainian military intelligence hinted on Telegram that "enemies should be prepared for new surprises".
"I advise civilian residents against using the so-called Crimea Bridge," Budanov warned.
