Ukrainian forces strike key Russian fortifications on black sea island
Ukrainian military intelligence (HUR) operated on Kosa Tenderivska Island, located in the Black Sea in the Russian-occupied Kherson region. Fortifications and military equipment of the Russian army were destroyed.

"At night, a special forces landing group operated on Kosa Tenderivska Island. As a result of this operation, the opponent's armored vehicles were destroyed, including MT-LB amphibious armored personnel carriers, electronic warfare systems, and Russian fortifications were ruined," we read.
The operation involved the Artan units and the HUR Marine Center. "During the fighting, the Russian invaders suffered personnel losses – the exact number is being determined. After completing the mission, Ukrainian scouts withdrew without losses," the communication said.
Kosa Tenderivska attacked
Kosa Tenderivska Island, where the operation was carried out, is located in the northern part of the Black Sea. The island is 40 miles long and 1 mile wide. The spit is located to the northwest of the Russian-occupied Crimea. This operation is another step in Ukraine's fight against Russian occupation.
