Ukrainian forces dismantle Russian air defense in daring strike
Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, announced on Saturday the success of the Ukrainian armed forces. Soldiers from the Ukrainian National Guard successfully eliminated the Russian anti-aircraft missile system Buk M-1, which is technologically advanced and valued at approximately 10 million dollars.

Drone operators destroyed the system from the 27th Pechersk Brigade of the National Guard, as he shared on social media.
The launcher, which the Russians had concealed in the forest, was discovered during a reconnaissance flight "in one of the most intense sections of the front," wrote Klymenko.
"The precise strike completely destroyed the enemy equipment. The cost of such a complex reaches up to 10 million dollars," emphasized the minister.
Equipment support from Pyongyang
Meanwhile, North Korea is supplying Russia with long-range artillery systems, which are being sent to the Kursk region, the British newspaper "Financial Times" reported on Saturday, citing information from Ukrainian intelligence.
This involves about 50 self-propelled M1989 howitzers with a 6.7-inch caliber and 20 upgraded multiple rocket launch systems based on the Soviet-designed BM-27 "Uragan," which can launch both standard and guided missiles.
Ukrainian intelligence confirmed the presence of the equipment when, in recent days, images of North Korean howitzers, allegedly destined for Russia, circulated on social media.
