"The Saratov oil refinery is one of the key elements of Russian fuel infrastructure. Its processing capacity reaches about 8 million tons of oil annually. The facility plays an important role in supplying the Russian army with fuel," wrote Kovalenko on Telegram.

Meanwhile, in the vicinity of the city of Engels, in Saratov Oblast, several explosions were heard. There is an airbase there where Russian strategic bombers are stationed. Russian Telegram channels, citing reports from local residents, mentioned at least 11 explosions.
